Attorneys Ben Gerber and Thomas Holder announce new partnership aimed at providing the best legal services to injured workers in Georgia
ATLANTA, Ga., October 10, 2018 — Two widely respected Atlanta workers’ compensation and personal injury attorneys have merged their law firms into one powerhouse legal practice.
The newly formed law firm, Gerber & Holder Attorneys at Law, officially launched on Sept. 1, 2018 and offers an expanded range of legal services from two office locations in downtown Atlanta and Athens, GA.
The firm will focus exclusively on workers’ compensation cases, including common workplace accidents such as back/neck injuries, spinal cord damage, head/brain trauma and other catastrophic injuries. They represent injured workers in many different industries—from construction, roofers, janitors and manufacturing, to healthcare, hospitality and law enforcement.
Together, Geber and Holder—each successful attorneys in their own right—bring more than five decades of combined experience handling work injury cases.
“The Atlanta metro area has grown so fast and so quickly in recent years,” said Ben Gerber, co-founding partner of Gerber & Holder. “We’ve seen a much greater need for better legal services when it comes to workers’ compensation and personal injury, which is why Tom and I were excited to join forces. We believe Georgia workers deserve the best representation possible.”
Ben created his own law firm in 2010. Tired of the “burn and turn” that other law firms employ, he was determined to provide superior representation for those who were injured on the job and need personalized assistance in understanding the complicated workers’ compensation system.
We’ll just have a bigger team, with more knowledge and experience, working hard behind the scenes to provide an even higher caliber of legal services,” said Tom Holder, co-founder of Gerber & Holder. Ben added, “We’re not moving locations and we’ll still offer the same strong commitment to our clients as always.”
Tom has represented injured workers in Georgia and their families since 1984. He successfully founded and managed a top-rated Atlanta workers’ compensation law firm for over 30 years.
This partnership exemplifies how intertwined the city of Atlanta and the rest of the state of Georgia have become in recent years. Work injuries can happen anywhere, they are not limited to a specific town, neighborhoods or districts, said Gerber. The goal is to provide the best possible legal representation to all clients in the greater Atlanta metro area and Georgia.
